Aston Villa announced the signing of exciting Egyptian talent, Omar Khedr, from Zed FC in August 2023.
The winger signed a long-term deal when he officially joined on July 1, 2024 when he turned 18.
Highly sought after, Khedr’s signature was a significant coup for Aston Villa’s Academy, with the Egyptian age-group international attracting attention and admiring glances from clubs across the continent and further afield.
