Leon Routh enjoyed a tremendous first season at Aston Villa after joining the Academy in July 2024.

The centre-back completed a move from Luton Town and linked up with the club's Under-18 squad, helping them to win a treble.

Routh lifted the U18 Premier League South, FA Youth Cup and U18 Premier League National Final, scoring the winner in the latter.

He also featured for the club in the UEFA Youth League and EFL Trophy over the course of the campaign.
