Fletcher Boyd joined Aston Villa from Scottish club Aberdeen in the summer of 2025.

A talented attacking midfield player, the 18-year-old featured 13 times for the Dons’ first team, scoring twice, having made his debut aged 16 in May 2024 and then become the club’s youngest-ever goalscorer.

Since arriving at Villa, has has appeared heavily in the Under-18 Premier League, also featuring in Premier League 2, the UEFA Youth League, Vertu Trophy and FA Youth Cup. 

Boyd is capable of playing in a number of attacking positions as well as deeper in midfield, and has been capped by Scotland at Under-16, Under-17 and Under-19 level.
