A number of Aston Villa's players are heading off on international duty in June.

With games going on across the globe, several of the squad have been called up by their countries.

Below you can find out which of our players feature, who they’re playing and when…

Morgan Rogers

England

Ezri Konsa and Morgan Rogers have been called up for the Three Lions ahead of their games against Andorra and Senegal. 

Thomas Tuchel's side will travel to Spain to take on Andorra at Espanyol's RCDE Stadium on Saturday, June 7 (ko 5pm) in World Cup qualifying Group K, before taking on Senegal in a friendly fixture at Nottingham Forest's City Ground three days later, on Tuesday, June 10 (ko 7.45pm)

It's a third call-up for Rogers who formed a part of Tuchel's first England squad in March, during which camp Konsa was one of only two outfielders to play 90 minutes in both games - captain Harry Kane being the other. 

Ollie Watkins was initially called up to the squad alongside his two Villa team-mates, though withdrew ahead of the Andorra fixture as a precaution, due to a minor injury

Emi Martínez wins 2024 Copa América with Argentina

Argentina

La Albiceleste have once again selected Emi Martínez for a pair of CONMEBOL FIFA World Cup qualifiers, while Enzo Barrenechea has received his first senior call-up, and Emi Buendía has also been selected. 

Argentina, who've already booked their place at the 2026 finals, face Chile on Friday, June 6 (ko 2am) and Colombia on Wednesday, June 11 (1am).

Belgium

Midfield duo Youri Tielemans and Amadou Onana have been named in Belgium's squad as they kick off their World Cup qualifying campaign.

They begin their Group J fixtures against North Macedonia away on Friday, June 6 (ko 7.45pm) and then host Wales on Monday, June 9 (ko 7.45pm)

McGinn wins it for Scotland

Scotland

Villa captain John McGinn links up with his country for a pair of friendlies.

Scotland host Iceland on Friday, June 6 (ko 7.45pm) before travelling to Liechtenstein on Monday, June 9 (ko 5pm)

France

Lucas Digne joins Les Bleus for the latter stages of the UEFA Nations League.

Having remained an unused substitute for a thrilling 5-4 defeat to Spain in the semi-finals, the left-back will now hope to feature when Didier Deschamps' side take on Germany in the third-place play-off on Sunday, June 8 (ko 2pm)

Lucas Digne with three assists on his 50th France appearance

Holland

Donyell Malen has been called up by Ronald Koeman for the Netherlands' upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Finland and Malta. 

The Oranje travel to Finland first up on Saturday, June 7 (ko 7.45pm), before hosting Malta on Tuesday, June 10 (7.45pm)

Poland

Matty Cash is back in Poland's squad for their upcoming games against Moldova and Finland. 

Michał Probierz's side host Moldova in a friendly in Chorzów on Friday, June 6 (ko 7.45pm) before travelling to Helsinki for a World Cup qualifier on Tuesday, June 10 (ko 7.45pm)

Donyell Malen

Jamaica

Leon Bailey will represent the Reggae Boyz in their upcoming CONCACAF World Cup qualifying fixtures against British Virgin Islands and Guatemala. 

Steve McLaren's side will travel to Road Town on Saturday, June 7 (ko 8pm), before hosting the latter in Kingston on Wednesday, June 11 (ko 12am midnight)

Serbia

Kosta Nedeljković has been called up for Serbia as they prepare to get their World Cup qualifying campaign underway in Group K. 

Dragan Stojković's team travel to Tiranë to take on Albania on Saturday, June 7 (ko 7.45pm), before hosting Andorra in Leskovac on Tuesday, June 10 (ko 7.45pm).

Kosta Nedeljković

Australia

Joe Gauci has been recalled by the Socceroos having missed out on inclusion in Tony Popovic's last squad through injury. 

The young goalkeeper will be hoping to help his nation to success when hosting Japan on Thursday, June 5 (ko 12pm) in Perth, before they travel to Jeddah to take on Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, June 10 (ko 7.15pm), both World Cup qualifiers. 

Türkiye

January signing Yasin Özcan has received his maiden senior international call-up for Turkey, having made 12 appearances for the under-21s since 2023. 

Vincenzo Montella's side will travel to USA for a friendly fixture on Saturday, June 7 (ko 8.30pm) before a similar outing in Mexico on Wednesday, June 11 (ko 1.30am)

Joe Gauci

England Under-21s

Samuel Iling Jr has again been named among the Young Lions squad for their Under-21 UEFA European Championships campaign, taking place in Slovakia. 

Lee Carsley's side will be looking to retain the trophy they lifted in 2023, and take on Czechia (Thursday, June 12, ko 8pm), Slovenia (Sunday, June 15, ko 5pm) and Germany (Wednesday, June 18, ko 8pm) in the group stages. 

Holland Under-21s

Ian Maatsen will represent Holland's younger ranks in the Under-21 Euros in Slovakia, having been named in their final squad. 

Jong Oranje open their campaign against Finland on Thursday, June 12 (ko 8pm), before further group fixtures against Denmark (Sunday, June 15, ko 8pm) and Ukraine (Wednesday, June 18, ko 5pm). 

Samuel Iling-Jr

Spain Under-21s

Andrés García has been called into Spain's Under-21 squad for the Euro finals in Slovakia. 

Spain, competing in Group A, open the tournament against the hosts on Wednesday, June 11 (ko 5pm), before facing Romania (Saturday, June 14, ko 5pm) and Italy (Tuesday, June 17, ko 8pm). 

Wales Under-21s

And young defender Thierry Katsukunya will represent Cymru in a friendly fixture against Norway in Malaga, on Friday, June 6 (ko 3pm).

Andrés García

Young Lions 

Several of Villa's rising academy stars have also been called up for international duty with their countries' younger sides. 

Triston Rowe and Kadan Young have been included in England's squad for the upcoming Under-19 UEFA European Championships tournament in Romania this month. 

After receiving his first call-up in the last international break in March, Rodrigo Fortes will again represent Portugal Under-18s in upcoming friendly tournament fixtures against Japan, Senegal and Uruguay. 

And Yeimar Mosquera will represent Colombia Under-20s in a friendly tournament in Egypt in preparation for the Under-20 World Cup in Chile this summer. The Kheops U20 Summit of Nations 2025 in Cairo will see Mosquera and his teammates face Egypt on Monday, June 2 (ko 4pm), Saudi Arabia on Wednesday, June 4 (ko 3pm), USA on Saturday, June 7 (ko 6pm) and Iceland on Monday, June 9 (ko 3pm)
