Villans train and depart for Monaco

Aston Villa finalised preparations for their Champions League trip to Monaco, before departing for southern France from Birmingham Airport on Monday afternoon. 

Unai Emery's side face the eight-time French champions on Matchday Seven of the competition's league phase on Tuesday evening (ko 5.45pm GMT), looking for a fifth win from seven European outings this season. 

And the Villans trained for a final time at Bodymoor Heath on Monday morning, shortly before boarding the flight to their destination from Birmingham Airport later that afternoon.
