Sil Swinkels scored on his Bristol Rovers debut on Tuesday, helping his loan side secure a late point with a 1-1 draw at home to high-flying Stockport County in League One.
The young defender joined the Gas on loan for the remainder of the season on Deadline Day, and was introduced as a substitute at the Memorial Stadium with 20 minutes remaining.
At 1-0 down, the game was heading the way of defeat for Rovers, but up popped Swinkels in the first minute of added time to prod home a free-kick and snatch a share of the spoils.
Lino Sousa started the game for the home side, and was one of three players withdrawn in the 70th minute, as Swinkels came on.
In the Championship, Lewis Dobbin and Kaine Kesler-Hayden faced off against one another, as Norwich City lost 1-0 at home to Preston North End. Both players lasted the full 90 minutes at Carrow Road.
There was a second Middlesbrough appearance for Samuel Iling-Jr, starting and playing 73 minutes as Boro lost 3-1 at promotion hopefuls Sheffield United.
And Louie Barry was again in action for Hull City, playing the final 32 minutes as the Tigers fell 2-0 at Burnley.

The FA Cup saw Àlex Moreno in action for Nottingham Forest, who needed penalties to overcome League One side Exeter City. The left-back started and played 90 minutes at St James Park, before being replaced by Neco Williams in stoppage time.
Elsewhere in League One, Josh Feeney started and completed 90 minutes in defence for Shrewsbury Town in a 1-1 draw at Reading, while League Two saw Filip Marschall play 90 minutes in goal for Crewe Alexandra who lost 3-0 at AFC Wimbledon, with Travis Patterson and Tommi O’Reilly both introduced 12 minutes from time for MK Dons, who fell 2-1 at Barrow.
Charlie Lutz came off the bench for Kidderminster Harriers in stoppage time of their 1-1 National League North draw at Chester, and Thursday evening will see another two on-loan Villans in action, as Leander Dendoncker’s Anderlecht travel to Fenerbahçe in the Europa League round of 32 (ko 5.45pm GMT), and Rico Richards and Port Vale host Notts County in League Two.
