Travis Patterson made his MK Dons debut on Saturday, and was among 14 loan players in action over the weekend.
The young left-back was introduced in the 61st minute of the Milton Keynes outfit’s 1-0 defeat at home to Bromley in League Two – his first appearance for the club.
In the same game, Tommi O’Reilly was introduced as a 69th-minute substitute, while elsewhere in League Two, Filip Marschall played 90 minutes in goal for Crewe Alexandra, who were beaten 3-0 at home by Newport County.

In the FA Cup, Kaine Kesler-Hayden came off the bench to play the final 24 minutes, as Preston North End knocked Wycombe Wanderers out on penalties on Saturday.
In the Championship, there was 90 minutes for Lewis Dobbin as Norwich City were denied all three points by Jerry Yates’ stoppage-time penalty, the Canaries sharing a 1-1 draw at home with Derby County.
In League One, Joe Gauci played 90 minutes in goal for Barnsley, who lost 2-1 at Stockport County, while Josh Feeney again completed the full game for Shrewsbury Town in a 2-1 win at Rotherham United.

In the Bundesliga on Saturday, Emi Buendía played the final 14 minutes of Bayer Leverkusen’s 0-0 draw at Wolfsburg, though Kosta Nedeljković was made to wait for his RB Leipzig debut, as he was an unused substitute in Die Roten Bullen’s 2-0 win over St. Pauli on Sunday.
Charlie Lutz again came off the bench for Kidderminster Harriers after 75 minutes of their 2-1 defeat at home to Chorley in National League North on Saturday.
And in Brazil on Thursday evening, Philippe Countinho scored just two minutes into Vasco da Gama’s visit of Fluminese in Taça Guanabara. The midfielder was however withdrawn after half an hour, as his side lost 2-1.

Sunday saw a further four Villans in action for their loan clubs. Enzo Barrenechea started and played 77 minutes for Valencia in their 2-0 La Liga victory at home to Leganes.
Leander Dendoncker completed 90 minutes for Anderlecht in their 2-0 win at home to Royal Antwerp in the Belgian Pro League.
And James Wright and Fin Munroe were both in action for Real Unión, who triumphed 3-2 at home to Unionistas in Primera Federación Group 1. The former completed all 90 minutes, while defender Munroe played 21 minutes off the bench.
