Snow ballers at Bodymoor

Bodymoor Heath was covered in snow on Tuesday but it didn’t stop Aston Villa from stepping up preparations for the visit of Crystal Palace.

Wintry conditions hit the midlands as temperatures plunged and the region was covered in snow and ice, with Villa's training ground no exception.

And the Villans, minus the majority of those who have enjoyed international exploits, continued to prepare for the return of Premier League action this weekend.
