Aston Villa hosted Newcastle United at Villa Park on Tuesday night.

The club’s first home game of the year saw the visitors strike twice in the space of four minutes to lead 2-0 at half-time.

An own goal from Alex Moreno extended their advantage before Ollie Watkins pulled one back for the home side.
