Unai Emery has named his lineup for the opening game of the 2024/25 Premier League season.
The headline news is that Ollie Watkins is in the starting XI to face West Ham United at London Stadium.
The striker hasn’t featured in pre-season since returning to training after the European Championships, but is fit to start in east London.
Elsewhere, Amadou Onana makes his competitive debut for the club, with fellow new signings Ian Maatsen, Kosta Nedeljkovic, Jaden Philogene and Ross Barkley on the bench.
