Aston Villa's head coach oversaw an unbeaten month in all competitions, picking up two wins and a draw in the top flight.
Emery saw his side fight back to draw 1-1 against Wolves before they demolished West Ham United 4-1 at Villa Park.
Another home win followed, seeing off Luton Town 3-1 to end the month.
It's a successive Manager of the Month nomination for the Spaniard, who was also shortlisted for the September award.
Emery is up against Arsenal's Mikel Arteta, Liverpool's Jürgen Klopp, and Tottenham Hotspur's Ange Postecoglou.
