Unai Emery has been nominated for April’s Premier League Manager of the Month award.
The Aston Villa head coach oversaw a run of five wins and one draw from Villa’s seven matches last month, amassing 16 points from a possible 21.
It was part of a stunning 10-match unbeaten sequence which started in mid-February and included five successive league wins.
Emery’s nomination comes after the Spaniard was also in the running for the Premier League award for both March and January.

Emery's Villa started April with an impressive 2-0 victory at Chelsea before a last-gasp 2-1 triumph at Leicester City followed a few days later.
Villa wrapped up the first week of the month with a 2-0 home win over Nottingham Forest, making it nine points from nine.
The Villans then continued their red-hot streak as they made it five wins in a row with a superb 3-0 success over Newcastle United.
A 1-1 draw at Brentford followed before getting back to winning ways courtesy of a 1-0 victory over Fulham at Villa Park, Emery's side concluding April with a narrow 1-0 defeat at Manchester United.
