Aston Villa showed spirit and determination aplenty as they claimed all three points in their Premier League 2 encounter at Heritage Park.

Boro opened the scoring early on before three goals in the space of just three minutes, Chisom Afoka and Rory Wilson on target for Villa, ensured the Young Lions twice came from behind and went into half-time on level terms.

Skipper Seb Revan then netted the winner from the penalty spot after the break to seal the spoils courtesy of a 3-2 triumph.
