Captain John McGinn will be plying his trade in claret and blue for years to come after signing a new long-term contract with the club.

Fresh from international duty with Scotland, the Aston Villa midfielder was at Bodymoor Heath to pen his deal until 2027. 

And the 28-year-old sat down with VillaTV for an in-depth interview before posing for pictures.
