How to Renew
- Supporters who hold a 2022/23 Barclays WSL season ticket can renew now either online via tickets.avfc.co.uk or over the phone (0333 323 1874)
- You will have the option to select your payment method when purchasing your season ticket
- Unfortunately, the club are currently unable to renew in person via the ticket office or accept payments by cheque or cash

Timelines
- The renewal window is open from Monday, July 10 until 10am on Monday July 17. This exclusive window allows 2022/23 season ticket holders to purchase their current seat, or the opportunity to move seats before they are available on general sale.
- Current season ticket holders also have the chance to purchase additional season tickets in this renewal window. All 2022/23 season ticket holders will have received an email regarding this.
- All 2022/23 season ticket holders will have their seat reserved until 12pm on Friday, August 4. It will then be released for general sale purchases on Monday, August 7.

The club is waiving administration and booking fees on season ticket renewal or purchase.
Buying a season ticket will save you over 30% based on match ticket prices for all individual purchases and over 25% on the Adult/Under-14 package.

Will my seat be held until I have the chance to renew?
All current season ticket holders will have the opportunity to renew their current seat until Friday, August 4.
Will I be able to buy in-person?
There are no plans to re-open the ticket office next to the Villa Store at this stage. Our phone lines are open should you need to call us to renew.
What are the benefits and how do I redeem them?
All benefits are listed in the benefits section of this web page. You will receive an email post-purchase with all details on how to redeem your benefits.

What are the deadline dates for Season Ticket renewals?
Season ticket holders can renew their existing seat up until 12am on Friday, August 4.
How can I renew/purchase a season ticket?
The quickest and easiest way to renew or purchse a season ticket would be via our Online Box Office. Alternatively, you can also buy over the telephone on 0333 323 1874.
What time do the ticket phone lines open?
Our phone lines are open from 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
I'm logged into the website and trying to renew my season ticket online, but my seat isn't showing up on my account?
Your Fan ID needs to be linked to your digital account before you can renew online. Instructions on how to do this can be found HERE.
How can I update my address so that my season card can be delivered to the correct place?
By contacting the Ticket Office on 0333 323 1874, or by logging into your online account to update your personal details.
What should I do if I lose my new season card?
Contact the Ticket Office on 0333 323 1874. Please note, there is a £10 administration fee for a replacement season card.
I want to renew my relative or friend's season ticket in addition to my own. What information is required to do this?
The person's name, Fan ID, date of birth, address and contact details if purchasing directly with the Ticket Office.
If you are purchasing online, you will need to ensure the supporters you are purchasing for are in your relationship group. You can simply add supporters into your relationship group by navigating to the personal details page, then select 'manage my relationships' within the 'My Family & Friends' section.
Here you will see a list of existing supporters in your relationship group and you have the option at the top to 'create a new relationship'. If the supporter has an existing Fan ID then you will be prompted to enter this along with either their surname or postcode for verification purposes or if the supporter does not have an existing Fan ID then you are able to set them up with an account by selecting 'No' when asked if they are an existing supporter.
In order to be able to renew a season ticket for another supporter you will need to ensure they are ticked in your 'Family Unit'.
If I wish to bring family or friends to a match, can I move my season ticket so we can sit together at the game?
Yes, you will need to call the Ticket Office and we will issue you an alternative ticket for the relevant game (your season card will not be active for any games replacement tickets are provided for).
Please note, we require prior permission from all season ticket holders who wish to be relocated for a match (for juniors, we require the purchaser's or parents' permission.
Please ensure the Ticket Office have permission from each supporter before contacting us to process any relocations.
Can I move my season ticket seat to another area of the stadium before the start of the season?
Yes. Supporters can relocate at any point into seats that are not currently occupied by a current season ticket holder. Please note, not all areas of both Poundland Bescot Stadium and Villa Park will be available to relocate to.
What are the requirements for disabled supporters wishing to purchase accessible seating or a personal assistant?
- Receipt of the Personal Independence Payment (mobility or care).
- Receipt of the Disability Living Allowance (mobility or care).
- Receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance, the Employment and Support Allowance or the Attendance Allowance.
- War Pensioners' Mobility Allowance or War of Service - Disablement pension for 80% of more disability.
- Visually impaired or blind registration with Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) or Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI certificate).
- Deaf registration with Royal Association for Deaf People (RAD) or confirmation in writing from a specialist confirming that hearing loss has been recorded at 70-95dBHL or worse.
- NB: this list is not exhaustive, and consideration will be given to any other evidence that can be provided. Please note in the case of high-rate DLA or enhanced PIP, as the allowance may be for life or a fixed period, the club reserves the right to periodically check that an applicant remains eligible.
- Personal assistant tickets are only to be used when attending with the designated diabled supporter.
Can I spread the cost of my season ticket across the season?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer finance options for Aston Villa Women season tickets.
