Rachel Daly is bullish over Aston Villa's chances of an extended run in this season's Vitality Women's FA Cup.

Villa entered the Fifth Round with a resounding 11-0 win over AFC Fylde on Sunday evening, with Daly bagging four goals in the process.

Our no. 8 has upped her tally for the season to 15 in all competitions, with seven other players notching in the cup victory.

And Daly believes there is no reason Villa can't aim for silverware in a transformative season.

“You can see that we could go all the way with this team, there’s no reason why we can’t when we pull together," said Daly.

"It’s one of the most together teams I’ve been on.”

Despite the emphatic scoreline, Daly was insistent on not taking Sunday's third-tier opponents lightly.

“It’s the beauty of the FA Cup and we didn’t take anything for granted," she said.

"We know AFC Fylde were going to come here and play their hearts out, which they did."

"A pleasing result, a clean sheet as well. For me, four goals… I’ll take that.”
