Nicolò Zaniolo had mixed emotions after Aston Villa’s last-gasp 1-1 draw against Sheffield United.
The on-loan attacking midfielder headed home his first Premier League goal for the club deep into injury time to secure a late point against the Blades.
It proved the least Villa deserved having dominated the encounter before falling behind to Cameron Archer’s 87th-minute effort from close range.

The draw ended Villa’s 15-match winning sequence in the league at Villa Park, although Unai Emery’s side remain unbeaten in B6 since February.
The late leveller also saw the in-form Villans extend their unbeaten run to 10 games.
“I scored but I’d prefer the three points than one point,” Zaniolo told VillaTV post-match.
“But we go again, we have another match and we keep going because we are a great team, we’re a strong team.
“It’s one point but it’s not the worst.”

He added: “One point is not zero.
“Now we are second in the table and on Saturday we wait for the other teams to see what they do.”
Villa had to be patient against a United side who proved resilient and tough to break down.
The hosts enjoyed 78 per cent of the possession and saw Leon Bailey’s second-half strike ruled out following a VAR check, which also dismissed numerous penalty appeals, while Moussa Diaby, Ezri Konsa, Ollie Watkins and Álex Moreno all went close.
Reflecting on the encounter, Zaniolo said: “Sheffield were a good team.
“They were defensive and in the match we found it difficult to find space.
“Of course, it’s the Premier League and all matches are difficult but we go (again).”
