Aston Villa is pleased to confirm mascot package details for the 2023/24 season.
This once-in-a-lifetime experience is available for juniors aged between 5-12, and we can guarantee a time any young Villan will never forget.
Up to 11 mascot places will be made available for each home league match, except for the first home fixture which is reserved for players’ children.
One mascot place per league match will be donated to the Aston Villa Foundation to use for good causes.

Mascot Package Details
- Run out of the tunnel with a first-team player on to the Villa Park turf for start of the fixture
- A full current junior home or away kit
- Complimentary drink on arrival
- Photograph featured in the official matchday programme

- Two adults and two junior match tickets allocated in the padded seats in the Trinity Road stand (one U18 ticket for the mascot themselves)

- An official matchday programme to take home to commemorate the day
- Mascots to be drawn at random (to pair with a player) to lead the team out (please note that not all players will be available for all games. Please see T&Cs for more information)

Please note: Mascot details will need to be provided once confirmation of purchase is received. Details required are name, date of birth, favourite player, hobbies and score prediction. All mascot experiences are subject to availability.
Parking is not included in the mascot package. Offsite parking is available. There are various car parks around the stadium. www.astonvillaparking.co.uk has matchday spaces within walking distance of Villa Park.

This season's packages are priced at £524 for Category B and £569 for Category A matches.

Also, for the 2023/24 season, we will ballot two spaces per game for a season ticket holder and member to win the chance to purchase a mascot experience.
Mascots for each match will be selected at random from prize draw entries via Pride Rewards. To be in with a chance of being selected, supporters are advised to enter the prize draw by logging into your Pride Rewards account at rewards.avfc.co.uk.
Away Mascots
Away mascot opportunities are offered on a complimentary basis between Premier League clubs, therefore, our away mascots for each match will be selected at random from prize draw entries via Pride Rewards. To be in with a chance of being selected, supporters are advised to enter the prize draw by logging into your Pride Rewards account at rewards.avfc.co.uk.
Please Note: Away mascots who are selected from the prize draw will be required to provide their own current full junior kit and will have to purchase their own match tickets. (Supporters are given the option to purchase one for the mascot and one accompanying adult maximum).
Individual requests for away mascot opportunities cannot be considered due to demand and in the interest of fairness to all supporters.

Q: How many spaces are available per match?
A: 11 spaces per match will be made available. However, our Foundation team have 1 space over 10 selected matches to donate to a worthy cause.

Q: I’m a Hospitality STH, how do I get my child to be a mascot?
A: Some hospitality season tickets may include a mascot package. You would need to check with your hospitality account manager to confirm this, otherwise it’s the same process and cost as any other supporter, or you can enter the Home Mascot Ballot via pride rewards.
Q: My child wants to be a mascot; I am a Villa fan, but they are supporters of another club; can they do the experience?
A: Unfortunately, mascot packages are for home supporters only. You would need to contact the club your child supports to see if they can accommodate.
Q: My child is four years of age and wants to be a mascot, what are the ages?
A: The mascot package is available for children aged 5-12 (inclusive)
Q: How many tickets are included in the package?
A: Two adults and two under 18 tickets will be provided for each mascot package. One of the under 18 tickets is for the mascot themselves.
Q: My child has the home kit already, can they have the away kit?
A: Yes, you can choose between the home or away kit.
Q: My child has both home and away kits can we have the third or goalkeeper kit?
A: We can only offer the home or away kit.
Q: My child doesn’t fit into regular junior sized kit, can they have an adult kit?
A: If your child does not fit into regular junior kits and requires an adult size, you can pay the difference for an adult size. This season's adult kit has a betting sponsor on; therefore, they will be provided a plain top with no sponsor. These are very limited and subject to availability.
Q: What if I order a size kit and it doesn’t fit?
A: Notify the Mascot Co-ordinator as soon as possible so they can arrange a different size in time for the game. If your child does not fit into regular junior kits and requires and adult size, you can pay the difference for an adult size, see above.
Q: What footwear should my child wear?
A: Trainers/Astro turf boots only, no football boots with studs/moulds to be worn.
Q: Can I collect the kit instead of it being posted?
A: Yes, we can arrange for kit to be collected. This will be from the NORTH STAND RECEPTION ONLY. If this needs to be arranged, please inform the Mascot Co-ordinator when purchasing. (Certain weekdays only)
Q: My child has tested positive for COVID-19 can we rearrange, get a refund or transfer to another child?
A: As per the terms and conditions, the mascot package is non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes positive COVID tests. We do not offer refunds on mascot packages unless under exceptional circumstances. For the avoidance of doubt, the final decision belongs to the Head of Ticketing Operations.
Q: Is parking included?
A: A parking space is not included in the mascot package price. There are various car parks around the stadium. www.astonvillaparking.co.uk has matchday spaces within walking distance of Villa Park. If you require an accessible parking space, these can be purchased via the ticket office on 0333 323 1874. Blue badge holders.
Q: My child is in a wheelchair, can they do the mascot package?
A: Aston Villa is an inclusive club. Adjustments can be made to the experience to accommodate a wheelchair mascot. The mascot area is WC accessible. Please notify the Mascot Co-ordinator at the time of booking that your child is a wheelchair user so we can make reasonable adjustments.
Q: My child is disabled, can I be with them in the tunnel area?
A: We are unable to allow parents/guardians in the tunnel area or pitchside whilst the mascot is on the experience. Parents/guardians may go to the allocated seating area by swiping the tickets in via the turnstile that corresponds to your match ticket. The Mascot Co-ordinator, mascot team and members of the safeguarding department will be always present to assist.
Q: Can I bring a shirt/ball to get signed?
A: Unfortunately, the only item permitted to be signed is the autograph book included in the gift pack. No items can be left to be signed after the fixture either.
Q: Can I select the player my child goes out with?
To be fair and consistent to all mascots, we will do a random draw to determine which order they walk out in. We do not know who will be with which player until we are in the tunnel. Places 1 and 2 are usually the captain and the goalkeeper.
Q: Will every player be available to walk out with a child for every game?
A: Sometimes, for various reasons, certain players who are starting the game will not be available to walk out with a mascot on the day. In this instance, another player will walk out with two children. Usually the captain or goalkeeper (subject to availability). Parents will be notified either ahead of time or on the day of the game if this occurs.
Q: Can my child have the shirt of the player they walked out with after the game?
A: We have no contact with the players, only on a matchday with the mascots, therefore we are unable to fulfill requests of this nature. Ultimately it is up to the player if they give away their shirt.
Q: My other child is over 18, can we change one of the tickets to an under 21/adult?
A: Yes, you can upgrade one of the junior tickets to an under 21, adult or over 66.
Q: Can I buy additional tickets for family and friends?
A: Additional tickets (outside of the 4 included) can be purchased subject to availability. If you need to request additional tickets, these can be requested at the point of purchase of the mascot package through the Mascot Co-ordinator. Any requests made after the initial booking are subject to availability. A maximum of 2 additional tickets can be purchased. Any additional tickets purchased will not be in the same block as the mascot and their families, but as close to them as possible.
Q: Can my child take a mobile phone in to record their experience?
A: Unfortunately we cannot permit mobile phones/any recording equipment in the tunnel area or the pitch. This is for safeguarding of other children and copyright purposes. We do have an Official Mascot Photographer who will capture your child’s experience. You will receive complimentary photos from the day.
Q: What can I use my concourse voucher on?
A: Vouchers can be used to purchase food and/or drink in the Trinity Road Stand concourse area. Please see voucher for details of what can be purchased and from where*. *Selected stalls only.
Q: Is alcohol an option for the complimentary drink?
A: No, we do not have the ability to serve alcohol in the mascot area. Hot drinks and soft drinks will be on offer. You can use your concourse voucher to purchase alcohol in the stadium.
Q: Are there any snacks available in the room?
A: Due to some children or parents having severe allergies to certain foods, we cannot permit snacks in the room. Food can be purchased from stalls in the stadium or outside before the match. We advise that if the game is an evening kick off to let the mascot have something to eat before they arrive.
Q: Can I bring my own food?
A: We would prefer if you did not bring your own food into the mascot room, due to the points stated above. You can take your own food into the stadium but please keep this sealed whilst in the mascot room.
Q: My child wants to be mascot for two different games in the same season, is this possible?
A: To give everyone a fair chance we only permit one mascot package per child, per season. You can, however, be a mascot for an EPL and a WSL game in the same season.
Q: We booked for a particular fixture, but my child has changed their mind and would like to change it to another, can this be done?
A: Once you have received confirmation of your booking, all packages are final and cannot be transferred to a different fixture.
Q: I want my child to have photos taken in certain areas/ with a certain player, can this be arranged?
A: The Official Mascot Photographer will have a set number of areas they are allowed to take photos in and with who. We make no guarantees of where or who your child may have pictures with.
Q: What if we are running late to arrive to the stadium?
A: We always advise leaving your destination with plenty of time to arrive at the stadium on time for your mascot package. We will not delay the experience for other children if you are late. You will not be partially refunded if you are late and miss part of the experience. Please contact the Mascot Co-ordinator if you are going to be late on 07741 186 794.
Q: Can my child wear their kit before the match?
A: We expect all mascots to arrive in full, as new kit. Any damages to the kit will not be replaced by the club but at your own expense.
Q: Is there somewhere my child can get changed before/after the experience?
A: There are toilets located within the mascot area. This will not be accessible after or during the match, only before.
Q: I have two children who would both like to be a mascot, do you offer a sibling discount?
A: No. All mascot experiences are sold per child and come as a full package.
Q: What do parents do while the mascot is enjoying their experience?
A: Parents are welcome to stay in the mascot room or visit the Family Fun Zone, which is usually open for every home game. Parents can also take any other children they have with them to the Family Fun Zone, we just ask to be back in time for the walk-out draw. Times will be given on the day.
Q: I have purchased additional tickets, are they able to come to the mascot room?
A: No. The mascot room is quite snug and cannot accommodate additional people. Only the people on the initial mascot booking can come to the mascot room. All other supporters need to use the usual entrance on their ticket.
Q: Do you have anywhere to store large bags?
A: No. Please do not bring any large bags/suitcases to the stadium.
Q: Do you do any mascot places for special requests?
