Fixtures for the 2023/24 Premier League 2 season have been released.
Aston Villa Under-21s will once again compete in the competition, which has been revamped ahead of the new campaign, alongside their participation in the Premier League Cup and EFL Trophy.
Led by new coach Inigo Idiakez, the Young Lions begin their season against local rivals West Bromwich Albion at Bodymoor Heath on Friday, August 11 (ko 7pm).
Under the new format, Villa have 20 PL2 games to play this season, and their first away trip sees them head to Southampton on Friday, August 18 (ko 7pm).
