Women's POTM Vote: September

Villa fans, this is your chance to vote for your Women’s Player of the Month for the month of September, in partnership with Cazoo.

The start of the 2022/23 season was postponed due to the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, meaning we began the campaign at home to Manchester City on September 18th.

In front of a bumper crowd at Villa Park, we stunned Gareth Taylor's side courtesy of two Rachel Daly strikes as well as efforts from Alisha Lehmann and Kenza Dali.

In our second game of the season, we visited the King Power Stadium and beat Leicester City 2-0.

Daly scored once more, this time from the penalty spot, before Emily Gielnik sealed the victory in the closing stages to give us a perfect start.

We’ve listed below all 15 players to have featured for Villa Women in the first team last month.

All you have to do is select who gets your nomination as the club’s September Player of the Month. 

What’s more, one lucky winner who enters their details and ticks our competition checkbox will be selected at random to win a signed Aston Villa football, courtesy of our principal partner Cazoo.
