Jan Bednarek completed 90 minutes as Poland saw off Wales 1-0 in Cardiff on Sunday night.
The Aston Villa defender started for the visitors in the Welsh capital and helped keep a vital clean sheet as Poland secured their survival in the top tier of the Nations League.
The result instead inflicted relegation from Group A4 on the home side.
Poland’s next fixture is their World Cup opener against Mexico in Qatar.
Leander Dendoncker, meanwhile, did not feature in Belgium’s 1-0 defeat to the Netherlands in Sunday’s other Group A fixture.
