Supporters can head to Telford to watch Mark Delaney’s side in action, with tickets available on the gate.
Tickets for the game, which kicks off at 7pm, are priced at £5 adults and £1 juniors.
The Young Lions are looking to bounce back from a 2-1 defeat against Middlesbrough last time out.
That result left them sixth in PL2, three points behind the third place Baggies with a game in hand.
