Tyrone Mings and Ollie Watkins returned for Aston Villa’s FA Cup third-round tie against Manchester United.
Centre-back Mings missed the Premier League defeat at Brentford last time out due to suspension but was back in Steven Gerrard’s starting XI at Old Trafford, regaining the captain’s armband.
Watkins was also included in Villa’s line-up to face United having missed the encounter against the Bees.
Kortney Hause and Bertrand Traoré were the two players to make way, with the former named among the substitutes.
Traoré is competing at the Africa Cup of Nations alongside Trézéguet.
