Women's POTM Vote: January

Villa fans, this is your chance to vote for your Women’s Player of the Month for the month of January, in partnership with Cazoo.

The month started with a spirited display against Manchester City, albeit in defeat.

But a stoppage-time win against Leicester City dramatically lifted the spirits of staff and players alike.

Maz Pacheco swung in a corner during the first half which was bundled into the net by a Leicester player, before Alisha Lehmann calmly slotted home in the 92^nd minute to give Villa all three points against their Midlands rivals.

The final game of the month saw another positive performance against Chelsea in the Fourth Round of the Women's FA Cup.

The Blues ran out 3-1 winners to progress to the next round, but debuts for Jill Scott and Rachel Corsie has given Villa renewed optimism for the backend of the season.

We’ve listed below, in alphabetical order, all 19 players to have featured for Villa Women in the first team last month.
