The goalkeeper registered a third shutout of the competition to help his country overcome Croatia 3-0 in Qatar.
Lionel Messi opened the scoring from the penalty spot before Julian Alvarez made it 2-0 before half-time.
Alvarez doubled his tally in the second half as Argentina recorded a comfortable win.
Martínez will now aim to win the trophy when his country take on the winner of the other semi-final, France or Morocco, on Sunday.
