Women's ticket sales see significant increase

Aston Villa Women have experienced a significant increase in ticket sales since the Lionesses' success at the European Championships.

With the exposure and popularity of women's football soaring in the days and weeks since Sarina Wiegman's squad 'brought football home', sales for Villa Women fixtures are reaping the rewards.

Villa are set to begin their third campaign in the Barclays WSL, with our home opener against Manchester City to be played at Villa Park on Sunday, September 18 (12.30pm ko).

Having recently shared some statistics on the soar of ticket sales, those numbers have continued to grow.

As things stand, our season ticket sales have increased by 108% compared to last season's total number.

With our home opener also selling at an incredible rate, there is no better time than now to experience the unique atmosphere of women's football!
