Aston Villa are set to resume their FA Youth Cup campaign at Villa Park later this month.
The competition was temporarily suspended in January, with the FA protecting the health and wellbeing of players and staff following the UK Government’s implementation of another national COVID-19 lockdown.
Villa will now play Brighton & Hove Albion in the Fourth Round at Villa Park on Wednesday, 24 March, kicking off at 7pm.
The Young Lions entered the competition in Round Three and played out a thriller against Reading at the Madejski Stadium.
Louie Barry scored in injury time to snatch a 4-3 win and ensure Villa’s cup run continued.
