Douglas Luiz helped Brazil secure a place in the semi-finals of the Olympic Games with a 1-0 victory over Egypt on Saturday.
The Aston Villa midfielder completed 90 minutes for the Seleção as they triumphed in their quarter-final tie courtesy of Matheus Cunha’s strike shortly before half-time.
Victory in Tokyo sends Brazil into the final four where they will face Mexico on Tuesday (ko 9am).
Hosts Japan and Spain will contest the other semi-final as the four remaining nations compete for Olympic glory.
