Conor Hourihane made his debut for Swansea City on Saturday, helping them thrash Nottingham Forest 5-1 in the FA Cup.

The Irishman moved on loan to the Welsh side last week and started as the Swans dismantled Forest to reach the Fifth Round.

After the game, Swansea boss Steve Cooper said of Hourihane’s display: “If that's the start of things to come then happy days.”

Lovre Kalinic kept a clean sheet on Friday night as Hajduk Split beat HNK Sibenik 1-0 in the Croatian league.

It was the goalkeeper’s first appearance in of his loan spell at the club where he began his career.

Ally Samatta played the full 90 minutes as Fenerbache dropped points in their title pursuit.

A 1-1 draw against Sivasspor leaves them second in the Süper Lig. It was the striker's 14th appearanace of his loan spell, and he has four goals to his name so far. 

Tyreik Wright

Tyreik Wright made his professional debut for Walsall as they beat Port Vale 3-1 in League Two.

The winger provided an assist for the Saddlers’ second goal before he was replaced after 70 minutes.

In the National League, Dominic Revan played the full game as Weymouth beat Hartlepool 1-0.

The rest of Villa’s loanees, Cameron Archer, Jack Clarke and Indiana Vassilev, did not play for their respective teams.
