Trezeguet and Nakamba return

Trezeguet and Marvelous Nakamaba were recalled to Aston Villa’s starting line-up for the Premier League trip to Liverpool (ko 3pm).

Trezeguet stepped off the bench to bag a crucial brace in last weekend’s 3-1 victory over Fulham and was rewarded with a place in Villa’s XI at Anfield.

Head coach Dean Smith also included Nakamaba in Villa's midfield for his first start since early March.

Morgan Sanson and Anwar El Ghazi were the two players to make way, with the latter named on the bench against the Reds alongside fit-again defender Kortney Hause.
