Aaron Ramseyβs magnificent March has been rewarded with the Premier League 2 Player of the Month award.
The midfielder, who signed his first professional contract during the month, scored five goals and recorded two assists in three games for Aston Villa Under-23s.
Ramsey saw off competition from Sam Burns (Blackburn Rovers), Liam Delap (Manchester City), Joe Gelhardt (Leeds United), Cole Palmer (Manchester City) and Ed Turns (Brighton & Hove Albion) to win the award.
As if his form for the U23s wasnβt enough, Ramsey also starred for the Under-18s in their FA Youth Cup win against Brighton, scoring twice in a 3-0 win.
The 18-year-old topped off the month by captaining England U18s to a 2-0 friendly victory against Wales.
