Aston Villa Head Coach Dean Smith has been shortlisted for October’s Premier League Manager of the Month award.
Smith guided the club to a memorable 7-2 victory over reigning champions Liverpool and an impressive 1-0 triumph away at Leicester City, as Villa claimed six points from three league matches last month to continue their impressive start to the 2020/21 campaign.
The Villa boss is shortlisted for the award alongside Nuno Espirito Santo (Wolves), Ralph Hasenhuttl (Southampton), Jose Mourinho (Tottenham Hotspur) and David Moyes (West Ham United).
