Following the curtailment of the 2019/20 Academy Games Programme, Premier League Shareholders agreed for standings to be determined by points-per-game.
There is no change in league position for Aston Villa, as both the Under-23 and Under-18 sides finish seventh, in Premier League 2 – Division 2 and U18 Premier League – South respectively.
Both teams accumulated 22 points from their 17 fixtures up to the suspension of the season at the start of May and finish the campaign with an overall points total of 28.5.
It was also agreed to curtail the Premier League International Cup, the Premier League Cup and the U18 Premier League Cup, without a winner being awarded.
