Aston Villa’s Premier League season came to an end on a high note at London Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
After a goalless first half, Jack Grealish stepped up and rocketed the ball into the top corner of the net with his left foot to give the visitors the lead with seven minutes left.
However, they weren’t ahead for long as the Villa captain deflected Andriy Yarmolenko’s strike over Pepe Reina and in.
But the away side held on without incident in the final minutes to secure a second term in the top-flight.
