Last week, we asked fans to send in their favourite moment supporting Aston Villa in order to win a case of Purity Pale.
And after receiving a large number of brilliant responses, five winners were picked and have received their prize from club partner Purity Brewing Co in time for today’s Full 90 Friday showing of last year’s Play-Off Final against Derby County, which will be live on VillaTV from 3pm.

Being a Villa fan outside of Birmingham can sometimes feel lonely, though out of the many memories that stand out in the mighty Villa’s history, one of my favourites was watching our 6-1 thrashing of Sunderland in April 2013 in a sports bar in Sheffield. I’d walked into a sea of red and white but found a handful of Villa fans there. We were outnumbered but could easily be heard over the Sunderland fans throughout the game as our lads were giving us something to shout about! I will never forget how immensely proud I was of being a Villa fan in that moment; being able to celebrate such an emphatic victory, of such great importance, with fellow Villans in front of all those Sunderland fans made it all the sweeter. It's moments like that that make you love the game.
