Dress Code
All guests must comply with the Club’s Dress Code and failure to do so will result in access to the hospitality area being denied.
Sports Bar, Gas Lamp Premium, Gas Lamp Boxes, Star & Lion, Cornerflag, Doug Ellis Boxes - a smart casual dress code applies.
- Sportswear such as tracksuits and away team colours are not permitted.
- Home replica football shirts are permitted. Children under the age of 14 may wear a home team kit.
- Smart jeans are acceptable. All footwear should be clean and smart in appearance.

E-tickets will be dispatched the week of the fixture. if you have not received your E-tickets 48 hours prior to the fixture please contact us.

Luggage
Large bags, rucksacks and luggage cases are not permitted into the stadium and will be refused entry.
We cannot offer any storage facility. All accepted bags will be searched on arrival, this may delay access into hospitality areas.
Dietary Requirements
Please always update us by no later than 48 hours prior to kick-off of any dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances so that Chef can be made aware. We also ask that you inform your waiting staff of any dietary requirements on the day. There is always a vegetarian option available across all menus, so we do not need to be informed of this in advance.
Access after the game
Hospitality areas will remain open for 1.5 hours after final whistle.
Children
Whilst children are always welcome in hospitality, we do ask that they are always accompanied by an adult and behave in a way that does not impact on other guests within the area. Pushchairs are not permitted in hospitality or reception areas and cannot be stored by the Club.
Hospitality Code of Conduct
Please note the executive seats at Villa Park are situated within home areas of the stadium. The Club reserves the right (without liability) to eject anyone from the stadium whom it considers (in its sole discretion) is acting in a threatening, abusive or inappropriate manner.
