Taylor-Jay Hart signed on as a scholar in July 2020. The midfielder, who is a creative spark going forward, signed a professional contract with the club in July 2022. 

Hart was on the bench for Aston Villa's FA Cup third round tie against Liverpool in 2021 when the club fielded a youthful side due to a COVID-19 outbreak at the club.
