Aston Villa will be without Jacob Ramsey, Youri Tielemans and Marcus Rashford for Friday night’s visit of Tottenham Hotspur.
Ramsey was given his marching orders for a second bookable offence in last weekend’s 1-0 victory at AFC Bournemouth and will now serve a one-match suspension.
Fellow midfielder Tielemans missed the clash at Vitality Stadium due to injury and will again sit out against Spurs, as will Rashford having been unavailable for Villa’s last three matches.
Manager Unai Emery, who will enjoy his 100th Premier League match in charge of Villa, provided a fitness update at Thursday afternoon’s media conference.
“Youri and Marcus tomorrow are not available,” he said.
“Ramsey is suspended.
“Others players, they are ready.”
