Aston Villa Women can confirm that Rachel Corsie, Jordan Nobbs, Dan Turner and Maz Pacheco will be leaving the club upon the expiration of their contracts in June.
Club Captain, Corsie, made her 56th Villa appearance last week after an injury-hit 2024/25 campaign to date. The Scotland international joined the club in January 2022, skippering the side to the FA Women’s Cup semi-final in 2023.
Nobbs leaves Villa after a stellar career on the domestic and international stage. This term, the former Lioness became the record WSL appearance-maker and the only player to appear and score in every season of the WSL since its inception.
Turner won the WSL Goal of the Season award during her time at Villa for her strike against Manchester City in 2023. The defender spent three seasons in claret and blue after joining from Everton and has made 71 appearances to date.
Full-back Pacheco has been at Villa since 2021 and has gone on to make 90 appearances for the club. Villa’s longest-serving player has netted three goals in claret & blue.
Everyone at Aston Villa Women would like to thank Rachel, Jordan, Dan and Maz for their service to the club and wish them all the best in their future careers.
