Monday's FA Youth Cup triumph tied up what was a successful week in the world of Aston Villa, with a fifth win out of five games in the space of seven days across men's, women's and academy sides.
After Jimmy Shan's Young Lions triumphed in the Under-18 Premier League with a 2-1 victory over West Bromwich Albion at Bodymoor Heath, Villa's women recorded an emphatic 5-2 victory over Arsenal at Villa Park the following day.
Unai Emery's Villans returned to winning ways in the Premier League on Saturday with a hard-fought 1-0 win at home to Fulham, before another thrilling win for Natalia Arroyo's women on Sunday at West Ham United.
Shan's under-18s rounded off an incredible week in claret and blue with a 3-1 win over Manchester City in the FA Youth Cup final at Villa Park on Bank Holiday Monday, as they lifted the prestigious trophy for a fifth time in their history.

Top of the league
Aston Villa Under-18s 2-1 West Bromwich Albion Under-18s - Bodymoor Heath - Under-18 Premier League South - Tuesday, April 29
A hard-earned 2-1 victory over West Bromwich Albion at Bodymoor Heath sent Villa's under-18s three points clear at the top of the Under-18 Premier League South division last Tuesday.
The Villans started well at their sun-drenched training base, with Jack McGrath heading Cole Brannigan's corner home at the back post, but the Baggies responded, pulling level nine minutes into the second period through Divine Onyemachi.
A closely-contested game would be decided by a moment of individual brilliance, as Brannigan picked out the top corner with a sublime curling effort from the edge of the area 18 minutes from time to ensure the Villans would take all three points, taking them top of the table with just two games of the league season remaining.
Five-star women at Villa Park
Aston Villa 5-2 Arsenal - Villa Park - Barclays Women's Super League - Wednesday, April 30
Just one day after a successful afternoon for the Young Lions, Natalia Arroyo's Aston Villa Women ran riot in B6, recording a comprehensive 5-2 victory over Champions League finalists Arsenal in the Women's Super League.
The Villans took a two goal lead into the break as Jordan Nobbs broke the deadlock to ensure she kept up her record of having scored in every single WSL season, before Kirsty Hanson struck on the stroke of half-time.
Chasity Grant and Rachel Daly gave the hosts a four-goal advantage after the break, before the Gunners reduced the arrears thanks to Stina Blackstenius and substitute Alessia Russo. But a superb second of the game from Grant took it out of the reach of the visitors, sealing a third straight win for Arroyo's side.

Aston Villa 1-0 Fulham - Villa Park - Premier League - Monday, May 3
Emery's men then got back on the winning trail in the Premier League at Villa Park, with a battling 1-0 victory over Fulham on Saturday.
Youri Tielemans rose 12 minutes in to crash a header past Bernd Leno and in from John McGinn's corner, with Villa hanging on for a clean sheet to put three points on the board.
The win was a record-equalling 20th in a row on home soil, and kept the hosts very much still in the race for Champions League football next season, ahead of the final three games of the campaign.
Women secure four wins in a row
West Ham United 2-3 Aston Villa - Chigwell Construction Stadium - Barclays Womens Super League - Sunday, May 4
A day after Emery's men secured triumph in the league, Villa women kept the feel-good factor going by doing the exact same on the road at West Ham United.
Ebony Salmon struck five minutes into affairs at Dagenham & Redbridge's Chigwell Construction Stadium, but goals from Shekiera Martinez and Riko Ueki quickly turned the tie on its head and put the Irons in front.
However Rachel Daly provided an instant response to draw Villa back level heading into the break, before Chasity Grant's second half goal - her third in two games - sealed all three points, and her side's fourth win on the spin.
Glory for the Young Lions

And the week was complete on Bank Holiday Monday with a fifth win from five matches delivering a fifth FA Youth Cup crown for our Young Lions.
Shan's side welcomed Man City to Villa Park with over 25,000 supporters in attendance, coming from behind to record a 3-1 win and lift the presitious FA Youth Cup trophy for the fifth time in their history.
Having fallen behind inside two minutes, Villa responded instantly with TJ Carroll heading home from Brannigan's corner. Brannigan then edged the hosts in front with an unstoppable half-volley from the edge of the area with half an hour on the clock, before Jamaldeen Jimoh-Aloba's long-range effort sealed the triumph in the second period, to cue scenes of jubilation for our young history makers in B6.
