Aston Villa have added friendlies against Eintracht Frankfurt and AS Roma to the club’s pre-season schedule.
Unai Emery’s men will play Frankfurt on Saturday, July 26 at Lynn Family Stadium (ko 7pm local time) in the first of three pre-season fixtures to take place in the United States, with the Bundesliga club designated as the home team.
The game kickstarts the US portion of our pre-season schedule, with further clashes against MLS sides St. Louis City and Nashville SC to follow on Wednesday, July 30 and Saturday, August 2, respectively.
Upon their return, Villa will welcome AS Roma to the West Midlands, taking on the Serie A side on Wednesday, August 6 at the Pallet-Track Bescot Stadium in Walsall (ko 7.30pm).
Before heading Stateside, we will take on German club Hansa Rostock at Ostseestadion on Saturday, July 19 (ko 4pm local time).
There is also the annual pre-season opener at Walsall on Wednesday, July 16 (ko 7.30pm).
