Leon Bailey helped Jamaica to a 3-0 victory over Guatemala in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

The Aston Villa wide man completed 90 minutes and claimed an assist in the FIFA World Cup qualifier in Kingston.

Bailey crossed for Jon Russell to head home the hosts’ opener, before a brace from Warner Brown completed the triumph.

Victory sees Jamaica progress to the third round of CONCACAF qualifying, having finished top of Group E with a 100 per cent record in the second round.

Emi Martínez and Argentina played out a 1-1 draw against Colombia.

The Villa goalkeeper completed 90 minutes of the World Cup qualifier in Buenos Aires.

Argentina, who have already secured their place at next year’s tournament in the United States, Canada and Mexico, fell behind to Luis Diaz’s first-half opener.

The reigning champions were then reduced to 10 men when Enzo Fernandez saw red, but Thiago Almada rescued a share of the spoils.
