The attacking midfielder was an unused substitute for Scott Lindsey's side in the weekend's defeat to Walsall, though made an instant impact off the bench at Highbury Stadium.
Having only been introduced three minutes prior, O'Reilly took a pass from Jay Williams in the 81st minute, cutting inside onto his left foot and firing low into the bottom corner from the edge of the box.
