Aston Villa’s FA Youth Cup quarter-final against Plymouth Argyle has been confirmed.
The Young Lions will face the Pilgrims at Villa Park on Friday, March 14 (ko 7pm).
Jimmy Shan’s Villa side booked their place in the last eight of the competition thanks to Mason Cotcher’s hat-trick as they came from two goals down to see off Bristol City 3-2 in the fifth round.
The Villans previously triumphed 4-0 at Newcastle United and 6-0 over Accrington Stanley in the earlier rounds of the competition.
Villa are bidding to reach the semi-finals for the first time since lifting the trophy in 2021.
