Aston Villa’s FA Cup fifth-round tie against Cardiff City has been confirmed.

Unai Emery’s side will face the Bluebirds at Villa Park on Friday, February 28 (ko 8pm), live on ITV1.

Villa have secured their place in the last 16 of the competition for the first time in 10 years, seeing off West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur en route.

The Bluebirds booked their place in the fifth round courtesy of wins over Stoke City and Sheffield United.

The two sides, who last faced each other in the second tier in 2018, will now go head-to-head for a place in the FA Cup quarter-finals.
