Three in a row for Young Lions

Aston Villa secured a third consecutive victory in the Under-18 Premier League on Tuesday, with a hard-fought 2-1 win over West Bromwich Albion at Bodymoor Heath. 

Jack McGrath put Jimmy Shan's Young Lions in front with an early header at Villa's sun-drenched training base, before the Baggies drew level nine minutes into the second period thanks to Divine Onyemachi's header. 

But Cole Brannigan's sublime left-footed effort from the edge of the area flew into the top corner 18 minutes from time to earn the Villans the triumph and send them three points clear at the top of the table with two games to play.
