Aston Villa face Crystal Palace in the FA Cup semi-finals at Wembley on Saturday as we aim to reach the prestigious final for the first time since 2015.
Unai Emery's side will come up against the Eagles in the last four of the world's oldest domestic cup competition, as the club marks it's first visit to the national stadium for five years.

Stadium Access
Kick-off for the fixture is at 5.15pm.
General admission to the stadium will be available from 3.15pm.
Doors for hospitality will open one hour earlier at 2.15pm.
Make sure you arrive at the stadium in good time to assist with security protocols.
Children (14 years and under) must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of two will not be permitted into the stadium.
Please refer to your ticket for your turnstile colour zone. The quickest route to your turnstile entry point is by following the signage for the colour zone. Please ensure you enter via the correct turnstile.
Fan Zones
Fan Zones
Both teams have dedicated Fan Zone areas where supporters have the chance to join fellow fans to enjoy a drink, including alcohol, food and a DJ. They are an ideal place to soak up the pre-match party atmosphere.
The Aston Villa Fan Zone is located on the East Concourse (East Village) area of the stadium and will be accessible from 12noon.
Fan Zones will stop serving alcohol one hour before kick-off at 4.15pm and close at 4.45pm.
BOXPARK
BOXPARK will host pre and post-match build-up with DJs, live music and a special guest or two.
Four huge bars, over 20 different food vendors, giveaways and tonnes more!

Disabled Supporters
Wembley Stadium is a welcoming and inclusive venue for all guests with access requirements. There are 310 spaces for wheelchair users across Level One, Two & Three of the Stadium, each with a personal assistant/companion seat, subject to eligibility.
The stadium also provides a range of services for guests with specialist access requirements including a shuttle service from Wembley Park Station, British Sign Language for most events, audio descriptive commentary and two sensory rooms. Restricted Bag Policy
Wembley Stadium operates a restricted bag policy. Each person can only bring one small bag into the stadium, and it must not be bigger than A4 size:
Height – 297mm (11.7 inches) - Width – 210mm (8.27 inches) - Depth – 210mm (8.27 inches)
Please note, this means the overall bag size – bags that are half-full and folded over to reduce their size will not be accepted. Anyone carrying bags that do not meet the criteria above will not be allowed into the stadium.

No Street Drinking Zone
Brent Council have enforced a no-street-drinking zone on Olympic Way and the surrounding area for ALL events at Wembley Stadium.
This is part of the current Public Space Order Protection in place around the stadium on event days. More information on the order can be found here.
Fans drinking on Olympic Way and the surrounding streets ahead of the semi-finals will be asked to hand over their alcohol and enforcement action may be considered.
Supporters wanting alcohol before the game should head for the licensed bars or restaurants in the area or make their way to the dedicated Fan Zones outside the stadium.

Tickets
Anyone without a ticket should not travel to the game. All tickets are strictly non-transferable and are not available to distribute to other supporters. Click here to see the full ticket guide.
Fans with tickets are advised to check they are seated in the appropriate area of the stadium. Any supporter who is identified in opposition areas will be ejected from the stadium for breaching the stadium’s ground regulations and be subject to a sanctions process.
NOTE: Additional ticket checks will be in operation at points in and around the stadium prior to entry. Please have your tickets ready to show match day stewards when asked.
Digital Information
Tickets have been emailed as Apple Wallet or Google Wallet passes, each containing a QR code for stadium entry. To access the venue, your ticket must be opened in your wallet App and the barcode scanned at the turnstiles.
Downloading Your Ticket
Use the same device you’ll bring to the stadium. Tickets must be added to your wallet on this device; multiple downloads of the same ticket are not permitted.
How to download your ticket:
- Open the email from ticketsales@avfc.co.uk on your chosen device.
- Tap the link in the email to view the corresponding digital ticket in your browser.
- Follow the prompts to add your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Download your ticket before arriving at the stadium. Do this while connected to a strong and reliable internet connection. Once the ticket is in your digital wallet, internet access is no longer needed - just ensure your phone is switched on and sufficiently charged beforehand.
Using Your Digital Ticket
- On arrival, open your Apple or Google Wallet and display your ticket.
- Hold your phone against the turnstile reader to scan your QR code.
- Make sure your phone is unlocked while scanning.
Have Multiple Tickets?
If you’ve received multiple tickets via email, you can:
- Forward the email to other attendees so they can download their corresponding ticket, or download all tickets to one device, then swipe through and scan each person's ticket as they enter through the turnstile. If you are scanning in multiple tickets, we recommend that the phone holder scan their own ticket last.
- Each ticket is valid for a single use and cannot be transferred once scanned.
- Screenshots of QR codes will not function - only Wallet-stored passes are valid for entry.

By Rail
Supporters are advised that rail travel is expected to be very busy and there will be limited rail services in operation from London towards Birmingham post-match due to the late afternoon kick-off time.
There will be fewer services heading back to the West Midlands if the match goes into extra time and penalties.

London Northwestern Railway and Avanti West Coast will operate services from Birmingham New Street to London Euston, where supporters can get onward travel to Wembley.

By Car

We strongly encourage supporters to pre-book parking for the match and to only use official stadium car parks. Official Wembley Stadium parking can be booked here.
NOTE: There are several road closures in place in and around the stadium on event days. Plan your journey well in advance.
By Coach
We have 29 official club coaches travelling from Villa Park to Wembley Stadium. Please note that all coach tickets have now been sold and that no coach tickets are available to be bought on the day.
The club coaches will be departing from Witton Lane at 10.45am on Saturday. We encourage all Villans to arrive at Villa Park by 10am as some of the car parking for supporters is located a short walk away from Villa Park. All car parking for coach ticket holders is free of charge and stewards will be on hand to help you park and direct you towards the coaches.
For supporters who are booked on the 3 accessible coaches, your coaches will depart from the Away Supporters Coach Park. Your car parking is also available in the Coach Park.
All coach ticket holders have been sent an email with more information about arrangements for the day. Please contact the Aston Villa ticket office if you have not received this email communication and it can be resent to you.
