Kobei Moore netted his first professional goal for loan club Fleetwood Town on Easter Monday, as they fell 3-1 at Harrogate Town.

The young striker started the game for the Cod Army in North Yorkshire having come off the bench 14 minutes from time on Good Friday in a 0-0 draw with Barrow.

And with 51 minutes on the clock three days later, Moore peeled away to receive Mackenzie Hunt’s corner just inside the area, firing a low effort past the goalkeeper and in the give Fleetwood the lead.

Easter Monday also saw Joe Gauci make his long-awaited return from injury between the sticks for Barnsley in a 1-1 draw at home to Peterborough.

Having made the bench on Good Friday in a thrilling defeat at Leyton Orient, the Australian stopper played 90 minutes as the Tykes were held at Oakwell.

In the Championship, Kaine Kesler-Hayden completed another 90 minutes for Preston North End in a 2-1 defeat at Hull City, having done so on Friday in a 2-1 loss at home to QPR, while Samuel Iling-Jr played 90 minutes for Middlesbrough in their 2-1 defeat at Sheffield Wednesday, having helped Boro to a 2-1 win over Plymouth Argyle on Friday.

And elsewhere in League One on Monday, Josh Feeney completed another 90 minutes for Shrewsbury Town who were relegated with a 4-1 defeat at Northampton Town, the defender also having played the full game on Good Friday as the Shrews lost 1-0 at home to Wigan Athletic. Sil Swinkels was an unused substitute for Bristol Rovers who fell 1-0 at home to Stevenage.

League Two action saw Filip Marschall keep another clean sheet for Crewe Alexandra on Good Friday, in their goalless draw at Colchester United, before 90 minutes in a 1-0 defeat at home to MK Dons on Easter Monday.

That same game saw Tommi O’Reilly and Travis Patterson remain unused substitutes for the visitors, the former having started and played 45 minutes on Good Friday as the Milton Keynes side drew 0-0 at home to Newport County.

And Rico Richards made a further two appearances for promotion-chasing Port Vale, playing the final few minutes off the bench on Friday in a 3-2 defeat at Carlisle United, before 14 minutes on Monday in a 2-2 draw with Grimsby Town.

In La Liga, Enzo Barrenechea started and played 74 minutes for Valencia in a 1-1 draw at Rayo Vallecano on Saturday, before being withdrawn after 84 minutes on Tuesday evening in a 1-1 draw with Espanyol at the Mestalla. 

Bundesliga action saw Kosta Nedeljković start and play 45 minutes of RB Leipzig’s 1-1 draw at home to Holstein Kiel on Saturday, before Emi Buendía played the final few minutes of Bayer Leverkusen’s 1-1 draw at St Pauli on Sunday off the bench.

In Belgium, Leander Dendoncker’s Anderlecht and Kadan Young’s Royal Antwerp faced off against one another in a goalless draw on Sunday, the former playing 90 minutes and the latter an unused substitute.

Philippe Coutinho started and played 77 minutes for Vasco da Gama in their goalless draw at home to Flamengo on Saturday, and James Wright completed 90 minutes in goal for Real Unión who lost 3-1 at home to Barcelona B on Sunday.
