A dramatic stoppage time winner from Kirsty Hanson secured Aston Villa another crucial three points away from home yesterday afternoon.
Natalia Arroyo's side defeated Tottenham Hotspur 3-2 at Brisbane Road in the Women's Super League as they kicked-off their season run-in.
A first-half header from Anna Patten gave the Villans a one-goal lead heading into the break before Ebony Salmon doubled their advantage following a swift team move.
However Villa's work wasn't done there as Tottenham came from before to level the scoring via goals from Jessica Naz and Ella Morris.
But Hanson was introduced from the bench to be the hero again as she bagged a terrific match-winner following a bulldozing run.
