Formerly known as 'Pride Rewards', Aston Villa’s loyalty platform returns after undergoing a makeover for the 2024/25 campaign.
The scheme allows official members and season ticket holders the chance to earn points through attending matches and engaging with the club on the Villa Rewards site.
We’ve made some slight changes to the scheme this season, meaning the way you earn and burn points has altered slightly. The portal now works on a more interactive basis meaning the more you engage with the platform, the more points you earn.
This season will host a range of new challenge-based activities and exciting once in a lifetime Villa experiences which will appear on the rewards site throughout the season!
Points can be used to enter prize draws, auctions and redeem limited merchandise!
Rewards points are only valid for the current season, so supporters are encouraged to use their points throughout the season to get the best experience of Villa Rewards.

Pick a Player is back and better than ever
Play to stay top of the league this season and keep a close eye on your progress on our leaderboard. This season’s winner will win a FREE GA Season Ticket. Players must be over 18 to be eligible to win a free season ticket, however, we welcome our younger supporters to play for fun too.
Hospitality tickets in the new 150 Club
We have 2x tickets up for grabs for each men’s first team fixture in the new 150 Club. The newly created 150 Club offers an exclusive matchday experience directly on the halfway line. This space provides a real social members' club atmosphere with casual dining and complimentary beverages in a unique space. With seats directly on the halfway line close to the pitch to enjoy all the excitement of the game.
Home and away Mascot Experiences
Mascot Experiences are available exclusively through Villa Rewards. We will also have limited home Mascot Experiences up for grabs for Season Ticket holders and Members to win. Mascot packages are now exclusive to Villa Rewards and are the only way Season Ticket holders and Members can secure a place for their young Villan to walk out with one of their heroes!

We’ve also got signed shirts, from the current squad as well as Villa legends, while you can redeem exclusive Villa merchandise from the marketplace and also experience our hospitality suites at Villa Park on matchdays.
How do I use my points?
You can spend your Villa Rewards points in three ways...
1) Prize draws: Use points to buy an entry (the winner is drawn at random)
If you win a reward, you’ll receive an email with details on how to redeem it
2) Auctions: Use your points to bid on rewards (the highest bidder wins)
3) Marketplace: Spend your points on exclusive Villa merchandise or digital rewards. Each item shows how many points it’s worth and how many items are left in stock
How can I access my Villa Rewards portal and see how many points I have?
You can access the portal online at avfc.co.uk/rewards to redeem your points.
Alternatively, you can download the official Aston Villa app and log in to the portal on the move.
To log in, use your digital account log-in details which you would use on the main avfc.co.uk and ticketing sites.
You now need to link your digital account to your Fan ID before you’ll be able to log in. If you haven’t already done this, you can find a step-by-step guide HERE.
How do I sign up for Villa Rewards?
Villa Rewards is now open to season ticket holders (men’s & women’s teams) and members (Claret, Cubs, Villans, Claret Women’s Team).
An Aston Villa membership is currently the best way to get access to Villa Rewards. Along with access to the loyalty scheme, a membership gives you access to a whole series of member-only benefits such as: exclusive content, priority ticket access*, exclusive events, member-only competitions with money-can’t-buy prizes, bespoke welcome packs and much, much more…

Outstanding merchandise items
Supporters will have until the Bournemouth fixture on the 26th October to collect any merchandise redeemed via Rewards. The Villa Rewards collection point will remain open each Matchday from 2 and a half hours before kick-off to 30 minutes before kick-off and every Friday between 10am – 1pm.
Any uncollected items that remain after the Bournemouth fixture will be donated to the Aston Villa Foundation.
